When trying to lose weight you should make sure you get enough sleep. It’s hard to fathom that good sleep means it’s easier to keep off the pounds, but it’s true. If you get seven to eight hours of sleep a night you will have a greater chance to weigh less than the night owls who get under seven hours a night. And getting to bed early gives us less of an opportunity to snack after dinner time. When we get tired our bodies will crave carbohydrates that will not be able to burn off in our sleep.
